Get to Know Me

Gina has an inborn knack for understanding all the nuances of a real estate transaction and has developed strong business acumen. While learning the ropes with the family construction business, she learned vital skills to help set her apart. Her unique skill set combined with an entrepreneurial spirit led her to real estate, an industry in which her deep knowledge of home construction has served her clients well over the past seventeen years.

In her previous position, Gina led a team of 70 REALTORS in her role as Vice President for Client Services at one of the largest independently owned Brokerages in the Bay Area. Serving as a supportive coach and mentor, Gina grew the Santa Cruz county offices and was able to help secure a major market share.

Throughout her career, Gina has demonstrated her agility and focus to develop strategies that produce impressive results. She is client-centric and appreciates the fine art of negotiation and building strong relationships. As a natural problem solver with a degree in conflict resolution and mediation, Gina provides excellent customer service and guidance every step of the way.

She truly considers herself lucky to work and play in the Bay Area as the architecture is as varied as the people. When she is not working she is enjoying time with her husband and daughter, giving back to the community, reading, cooking, and hiking with her furry babies.
