My main take aways:
Gina was available at all times on email, phone and text.
She has great knowledge of the market conditions in the county as well as how houses are bought and sold in the Santa Cruz county (compared to the Silicon Valley) - whether it related to seller's agents, counter offers, inspection clauses etc.
Follow-ups: as some other reviewers on here pointed out, Gina continued to help out even after the sale was completed;
Gina was never pushy, not something to be taken lightly especially when it comes to buying a house for the first time. In a state of vulnerability it feels very comforting to have an agent who is absolutely on your side.
