Some of the things I loved about working with Rebecca: she is tech savvy, so she saved us a ton of time by using DocuSign every time we prepared an offer (and we prepared a lot of offers!) She loves home renovation, and has a wealth of experience and information to offer on what contractors to use and how much things cost. This comes in very handy when figuring out what you can afford with a fixer. She is very good at what she does. She is warm and outgoing, and I got the impression that other realtors like her and like working with her. She answered about a million of our questions, and did a thorough and good job of explaining everything to us. She was an incredibly valuable guide who shepherded us through the process. Even now, she remains in touch, available to recommend companies for this or that need. If I had to do it all again, I'd definitely call her up."
